I.Term of Services

▸ You can DM me on Twitter or Discord JoJo Ng#9630 for any inquiries.▸ You will be given HD version through email.
(Both watermark and non-watermark version)▸ The format will be in PNG unless the client asks for a different format.Important▸ Extra fee will be charge based on commisioner request for a change of the drawing during line art process or after sketch approval.▸ Maximum changes are 3 times.▸ There would be an extra charge if there need of Changing character(s)/Poses after I start with your commission.

II. Payment

▸There would be charge of 50% if theres a deadline for your commission piece.▸Payment must be made through TransferWISE/Ko-Fi/Paypal Invoices and USD currency .▸Bank in/ RM currency only available to local(Malaysian)▸Payment is made upfront when order is confirmed.▸No refunds can be made after payment.The commercials prices/fee has been included in Emotes & Live2D art.

III.Copyright & Usages

As the artist,
▸I have the rights to use your commission for personal use (eg, commission sheet , portfolios etc.)▸ Claim the commissioned works as mine.▸ Publishing works online .(unless told not to)

However , the client may **not allowed to **▸ Change , modify etc my artwork without permission.
▸ Claim the art as yours.
▸Removing my watermark.
▸Resell/Mint my art as NFT
